Sahil Pradhan is the founder of SP Ventures. From a very young age, he had the vision of leading the real estate industry.

He got his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from MIT, Pune, and made his way to pursue a Master's in Construction Management and Project Finance at the world-leading Cass Business School (City University) London. His dynamism is backed up by his core knowledge of the field.

After gaining an understanding of the industrial trends, Sahil decided to pull out all the stops to learn all about the Indian real estate industry. So he joined top-tier real estate companies like Hubtown (prominently known as Ackruti Limited) and Supreme Infrastructure in Mumbai.

When Sahil realised that he had optimised his knowledge through education and experience, he decided to return to his native land, Pune. He soon decided to quest after his dream of changing the face of real estate in Maharashtra by becoming an entrepreneur.

With the strong support and unwavering trust of his family, friends, and well-wishers, he created SP Ventures. In addition to the support that he received, his ultimate strength was his strong technical team. Sahil’s dream was to offer a new ray of hope to national infrastructure and give a fresh vision to real estate.

His passion and determination have led to a new success story for SP Ventures. According to Sahil, this is just the beginning of unfolding the new beginning of real estate development.
